Elon Musk lashed out at Mark Zuckerberg after his fellow tech billionaire wished America a “Happy Birthday” with a patriotic wakesurfing session.
On July 4, Musk weighed in on footage of a tuxedoed Zuckerberg simultaneously surfing the wake of a boat, holding an American flag and drinking from a can with a terse but pointed comment: “May he continue to have fun on his yachts. I’d rather be working.”
The surfing stunt was part of the Meta Platforms CEO’s participation in the celebration of Independence Day, which fell on a Thursday this year.
